ITINERARY

Day 1

Abeid Amani Karume International Airport to Stone town.

On arrival you will be picked up at the airport by our representative and transfer to stone town, the old city and cultural heart of Zanzibar. This place had minimal change in the last 200yrs hence your change to experience its well preserved heritage and exotic antiquity. In the evening proceed to the hotel for evening leisure and overnight.

Day 2

Stone town – Prison Island-Stone Town

After breakfast we depart to Prison Island for a half day guided tour which begins and ends at Stone town of Zanzibar. Prison Island is historical Island just off the coast of Stone Town and it’s a quick of just 20 minutes boat ride trip from the old town’s waterfront.

Today Prison Island is known for its very excellent views of Stone Town and for its giant tortoises imported from Aldabra in the Seychelles in the late 19th century and best flying birds of peacocks’ type. They stand up to a rather staggeringly one meter high, could feasibly be hundreds of years old, and are frequently seen copulating! From Stone Town, Prison Island is an excellent half day trip. Ogle the sexually-charged tortoises, swim, sunbathing and snorkeling, for meals if you wish delicious lunch at the island’s there is Tourists Resort & restaurant that offers very delicious meals. The Island is recommended as a great deal for swimming, sunbathing and snorkeling, Diving and other sea sports adventures, please don’t forget your swimming suite with you. Later return to your hotel in stone town for evening leisure and overnight.

Day 3

Stone town – North West (Kendwa)

After breakfast, you will go on a guided tour of stone town, a UNESCO world heritage site. Experiencing tracing the footsteps of Arab Sultans on Zanzibar and ponder on the interesting historical sites and labyrinths. See actual Zanzibar doors famous for its unique architectural traditional .After lunch we will proceed to a tour of the countryside to the spice plantations. This place has a rich history and you will be welcomed by the rich aroma of spices such as nutmeg and cinnamon. In the evening we will head to the hotel in Kendwa beach, a top favorite for its white sands, clear water and romantic sunsets.

Day 4

Full Day at Kendwa Beach

Full day at the beach, perfect place to unwind with a good book and a glass of your favorite beverage, Kendwa beaches are heaven for underwater lovers as you can also enjoy a day of snorkeling or scuba diving. Indeed a palace to relax for all types of travelers. (Accommodation on FB)

Day 5

Kendwa Beach to the Airport.

On your last day, enjoy the rest of your stay by relaxing in the pool or on the beach while taking in as much sunshine as you can. Have a hefty breakfast and don’t forget to stroll along the white sands at Kendwa and to take photos for your loved ones. In the afternoon we will take you to the airport for your onward destination.
