Day by Day

Day 1: Kilimanjaro International Airport – Arusha City - 55km/1hr

On arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport meet and greet by our driver guide who will transfer you to your hotel. We will provide you with all the essential information’s about your safari.

Days 2: Arusha City – Tarangire National Park Distance: 120km/2hrs drive

Breakfast at the hotel

Pick up: After breakfast, our driver guide will pick you from your Hotel and drive you to Tarangire National Park for a game drive.

Activity: Game viewing at Tarangire National Park. As you stand at the park gate and look south, it stretches as far as the eye can see. Known as the ‘Elephant Playground,’ this phenomenal park contains huge herds of these mighty mammals. But Tarangire is also home to buffalo, lion, wildebeest, zebra and gazelle and the park can rival Serengeti for sheer animal densities. What might you see today? Perhaps a solitary male lion stretched out beneath a tree, perhaps a trio of male cheetah enjoying some lazy bonding-time in the sun. Maybe some graceful Grant’s gazelle or zebra bounding away from the road or a couple of giraffes munching happily from the choicest acacia branches. For Tarangire specialties, look out for kudu and Oryx.

Day 3: Tarangire National Park – Serengeti National Park - 335km/6:50hrs

Breakfast at the Lodge,

Pick up: After breakfast, our driver guide will pick you from your lodge and drive you to Serengeti National Park for a game drive.

Activity: Heading towards the Serengeti National Park, via the beautiful high lying farmland of Karatu and the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Leaving the highlands behind, we enter the heart of wild Africa – the Serengeti National Park – with its endless plains, rolling into the distance as far as the eye can see. The Seronera Valley has resident herds of buffalo, topi, hartebeest and impala, waterbuck, reedbuck and dik dik, giraffe, warthog, and birdlife of all colors and sizes. It is famous for its abundant lions and leopards.

Days 4: Full Day in Serengeti National Park

Breakfast at the camp,

Pick up: After breakfast our driver guide will pick you from your lodge and drive for full day game drive in Serengeti National Park

Activity: We continue our focus in this area. The Seronera Valley has resident herds of buffalo, topi, hartebeest and impala, waterbuck, reedbuck and dik dik, giraffe, warthog, and birdlife of all colors and sizes. The large prides of lion here are renowned in this area, rolling southern plains down to the Naabi Gate is the area in which you are most likely to encounter cheetah. The lines of sausage trees along the Seronera riverbanks provide the perfect environment for leopards to camouflage themselves on sun-dappled branches.

Activity 2- Optional: Sundowners, Ending your day on Safari with your favorite drink in hand, the company of loved one and a gorgeous sunset unfolding right before your eyes is a very special experience indeed and creates stunning vistas and wonderful memories, as you watch darkness fall across the timeless landscape. Sit back, sip something refreshing and let the landscape seep into your soul, watching the deepening blues of the sky become streaked by a palette of reds and golds.

Day 5: Full Day in Serengeti National Park

Pick up: After breakfast our driver guide will pick you from your lodge and drive for full day game drive in Serengeti National Park

Activity 2- Optional: After enjoy the balloon ride you will join with your mother for the game drive at Central part of Serengeti. Day 6: Serengeti National Park – Ngorongoro Crater Tour - 145km/3.3hrs

Breakfast at the camp,

Pick up: After breakfast, our driver guide will pick you from your lodge and drive for an en-route morning game drive to Ngorongoro Crater for game drive

Activity: Take a short drive to the rim of the crater. Soon after descending over 600 meters into the crater to view wildlife. Ngorongoro is home to one of the highest densities of lions in Africa. Also, this is perhaps the best place to see the Black Rhino. If you’re itching to see the Big 5, in Ngorongoro you’re likely to spot all five in one place.

Meal: Picnic lunch box will be provided by your driver guide at the picnic site. Early evening drive to your camp in Ngorongoro region, arrive for evening at leisure and hot dinner

Day 7:Ngorongoro– Lake Manyara National Park –Kilimanjaro International Airport 26km/31minutes

Breakfast at the lodge,

Pick up: After breakfast, our driver guide will pick you from your lodge and drive you to Lake Manyara National Park for a game drive.

Activity1: Game viewing in Lake Manyara National Park in the park. Enjoy the excellent game-viewing and birdlife. Lake Manyara National Park offers varied ecosystems, breathtaking views and incredible ecological variety in a small area, rich in wildlife and amazing numbers of birds. Lake Manyara’s game includes buffalo and wildebeest, giraffe,

Zebra, warthog, impala, Kirk’s dik dik, waterbuck near some of the springs, and klipspringer on the slopes of the escarpment.

Activity 2- Optional: Manyara Treetop Walkway takes you on a sky-high adventure through the beautiful forest of Lake Manyara. Walk among the treetops and experience untouched nature and wildlife from a unique perspective.

Meal: Picnic lunch box will be provided by your driver guide at the picnic site

Soon after the game drive our driver guide will start drive heading to Kilimanjaro International Airport for your onwards evening flight home @TBA. If you have any changes we will book for you hotel in Arusha or if you may need to extend this tour to Zanzibar we will be happy to assist you on that.

Arrival & Departure Instructions: This Tour starts with a pick up at Kilimanjaro International Airport based on your arrival flight timing. And your departure International Flight should be from Kilimanjaro International Airport.
