Day 1: Kilimanjaro International Airport – Arusha City - 55km/1hr

On arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport meet and greet by our driver guide who will transfer you to your hotel.

Days 2: Arusha Airport – Kogatende Airstrip

Pick up: After landing to Kogatende Air strip at 08:00am.You will meet your safari driver guide he will brief you about the whole safari before staring your game drive.

Activity: Game drive at Kogatende, We are now following in the footsteps of the Great Migration, great herds of thousands of zebra and wildebeest getting ready to cross the Mara. This is one of the world’s most awe-inspiring sights as the animals cross the dangerous waters in small or large groups. This is a chance to see Nature at its very rawest. Animals on the move, animals hunting…or being hunted!

Day 3: Full Day at North Serengeti National Park

Breakfast at the camp,

Pick up: After breakfast our driver guide will pick you from your camp and drive for full day game drive in Serengeti National Park

Activity: We continue our focus on the Great Migration as we delve deeper into this experience spending a whole day by the Mara River. A famous spot for the river crossing, the Mara River is situated in the Mara Region entering through both Kenya and Tanzania. Keep your eyes open for various other predators including crocodiles and those lazy hippopotamuses

Days 4: North Serengeti to Central Serengeti National Park – 140 km/3hrs

Breakfast at the camp,

Pick up: After breakfast our driver guide will pick you from your camp and drive for full day game drive in Central Serengeti National Park for overnight.

Activity: Enjoy the final game at Mara River where a lot of wilder beast crossing searching for Food. The wildebeest follow the rains by watching the movement of the rain clouds. They know that where there is heavy rain, the grass they eat will grow soon afterward. Instinct impels them to follow the storm clouds across the Mara and Sand Rivers. Later afternoon game en-route to central for overnight.

Day 5: Full Day in Serengeti National Park

Breakfast at the camp,

Pick up: After breakfast our driver guide will pick you from your camp and drive for full day game drive in Serengeti National Park

Activity: We continue our focus in this area. The Seronera Valley has resident herds of buffalo, topi, hartebeest and impala, waterbuck, reedbuck and dik dik, giraffe, warthog, and birdlife of all colors and sizes. The large prides of lion here are renowned in this area, rolling southern plains down to the Naabi Gate is the area in which you are most likely to encounter cheetah. The lines of sausage trees along the Seronera riverbanks provide the perfect environment for leopards to camouflage themselves on sun-dappled branches.

Day 6: Serengeti National Park – Ngorongoro – Karatu 145km/3.3hrs

Breakfast at the camp,

Pick up: After breakfast, our driver guide will pick you from your camp and drive for an en-route morning game drive to Ngorongoro Crater for game drive

Activity: Take a short drive to the rim of the crater. Soon after descending over 600 meters into the crater to view wildlife. Ngorongoro is home to one of the highest densities of lions in Africa. Also, this is perhaps the best place to see the Black Rhino. If you’re itching to see the Big 5, in Ngorongoro you’re likely to spot all five in one place.

Day 7: Tarangire National Park to Arusha City - 120km/2hrs

Breakfast at the Lodge,

Pick up: After breakfast, our driver guide will pick you from your lodge for the final game drive at Lake Manyara National Park for a game drive.

Activity: Game viewing exploring the park, the park is well known for large number of elephant herds that congregate here, as do many wildebeest and zebra. The Park is known as the ‘Elephant Playground,’ this phenomenal park contains huge herds of these mighty mammals. But Tarangire is also home to buffalo, lion, wildebeest, zebra and gazelle and the park can rival Serengeti for sheer animal densities.

What might you see today? Perhaps a solitary male lion stretched out beneath a tree, perhaps a trio of male cheetah enjoying some lazy bonding-time in the sun. Maybe some graceful Grant’s gazelle or zebra bounding away from the road or a couple of giraffes munching happily from the choicest acacia branches. For Tarangire specialties, look out for kudu and Oryx.

Soon after the final game drive our driver will start driving to Arusha then to Kilimanjaro international airport for the flight back home.
