Day by Day

Day 1: Arrival & Sunset Safari

Upon your arrival in Maun, you’ll take a scenic flight to Kadizora Airstrip, offering breathtaking aerial views of the lush Okavango Delta, with its winding waterways and expansive landscapes. Upon landing, you’ll be warmly welcomed by the camp staff and transferred to your luxurious tent. Enjoy a light snack in the camp’s dining area while taking in the first views of the Okavango floodplains.

After settling in, take some time to relax before your afternoon adventure. At 16:00, you’ll embark on your first game drive across the vast concession, where you’ll have the chance to see diverse wildlife in their natural habitat. As the sun sets, enjoy the stunning African horizon while sipping on refreshing sundowners and enjoying delicious snacks.

After your game drive, return to the camp for a gourmet dinner prepared by talented chefs. Unwind at the elevated bar or gather around the fire pit at the boma, sharing stories and enjoying the peaceful sounds of the African night sky.

Day 2: Morning Safari & Afternoon Mokoro Ride

Begin your day with an early morning game drive, taking full advantage of the prime wildlife viewing hours when animals are most active. As you explore the pristine wilderness of the Okavango Delta, enjoy a bush breakfast with refreshing fruit, hot and cold beverages, and a tasty breakfast sandwich, with a stop for coffee along the way.

After your morning adventure, return to the lodge for a delicious lunch. Later, prepare for a relaxing afternoon mokoro ride, gliding through the tranquil waterways of the Delta. This peaceful excursion offers a unique perspective of the landscape, and you may encounter a variety of birdlife and aquatic creatures.

In the evening, enjoy another gourmet dinner under the stars, followed by a peaceful night in your luxurious tent, surrounded by the sounds of the wilderness.

Day 3: Day of Leisure & Sunset Safari

These activities are designed to give you a deeper understanding of the region’s culture, wildlife, and stunning landscapes. By 16:00, be ready for a captivating sunset safari. As the sun dips below the horizon, you’ll witness the Delta in all its golden glory. After your drive, return to the camp for a gourmet dinner, followed by a peaceful night’s rest under the stars.

Day 4: Leisure & Departure

Wake up early for one final optional activity, or simply relax and enjoy a hearty breakfast to start your last day. After soaking in the peaceful surroundings of the Okavango Delta, it’s time to check out and bid farewell to Kadizora Camp. 

You’ll be transferred to the Kadizora Airstrip for your scenic flight back to Maun, concluding your unforgettable safari experience.
