Day 1: Kilimanjaro International Airport – Arusha City - 55km/1hr

On arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport meet and greet by our driver guide who will transfer you to your hotel. We will provide you with all the essential information’s about your safari.

Days 2: Arusha - Arusha National Park – Arusha

Breakfast at the hotel

Pick up: After breakfast, our driver guide will pick you from your hotel and drive you to Arusha National Park for a game drive.

Our driver will pick you up from your hotel at around 08.00 for your short, one-hour drive to take you to Arusha National Park. We spend a full day in the park, maximizing our opportunities to spot the excellent range of animal and birdlife it has to offer.
A picnic lunchbox is included in the day tour.

Activity: Optional Cannoning at Small Momela Lake
Enjoy a peaceful and scenic canoeing safari following the shorelines of small Momella Lake, in the heart of Arusha National Park. Spot local wildlife such as hippos on the water and giraffes, buffaloes, bushbuck and many other animals grazing on the shoreline. At around 17.00, we make the short return journey back to Arusha City.
Meal: Picnic lunch box will be provided by your driver guide at the picnic site

Day 3: Arusha City – Tarangire National Park Distance: 120km/2hrs drive

Pick up: After breakfast, our driver guide will pick you from your Hotel and drive you to Tarangire National Park for a game drive.

Activity: Game viewing at Tarangire National Park. As you stand at the park gate and look south, it stretches as far as the eye can see. Known as the ‘Elephant Playground,’ this phenomenal park contains huge herds of these mighty mammals. But Tarangire is also home to buffalo, lion, wildebeest, zebra and gazelle and the park can rival Serengeti for sheer animal densities.

What might you see today? Perhaps a solitary male lion stretched out beneath a tree, perhaps a trio of male cheetah enjoying some lazy bonding-time in the sun. Maybe some graceful Grant’s gazelle or zebra bounding away from the road or a couple of giraffes munching happily from the choicest acacia branches. For Tarangire specialties, look out for kudu and Oryx.

Days 4: Karatu – Lake Manyara National Park -26km/31minutes

Pick up: After breakfast, our driver guide will pick you from your lodge and drive you to Lake Manyara National Park for a game drive.

Activity1: Game viewing in Lake Manyara National Park in the park. Enjoy the excellent game-viewing and birdlife. Lake Manyara National Park offers varied ecosystems, breathtaking views and incredible ecological variety in a small area, rich in wildlife and amazing numbers of birds. Lake Manyara’s game includes buffalo and wildebeest, giraffe,
Zebra, warthog, impala, Kirk’s dik dik, waterbuck near some of the springs, and klipspringer on the slopes of the escarpment.

Activity 2: Optional Manyara Treetop Walkway takes you on a sky-high adventure through the beautiful forest of Lake Manyara. Walk among the treetops and experience untouched nature and wildlife from a unique perspective.

Activity 3: Optional Canoe, The canoe safari offers a thrilling and unique safari experience from a different perspective. An exciting adventure to remember for sure. A ‘Canoe Safari at Lake Manyara’ is a fantastic chance to view Lake Manyara National Park from the water. Explore the shoreline and spot a wide range of birds and animals up close. Hundreds of pink-hued flamingos, giraffes, elephants, buffalos, and other creatures can be seen grazing along the shorelines.

Day 5: Manyara – Serengeti National Park - 335km/6:50hrs

Pick up: After breakfast, our driver guide will pick you from your lodge and drive you to Serengeti National Park for a game drive.
Activity 1: Heading towards the Serengeti National Park, via the beautiful high lying farmland of Karatu and the Ngorongoro Conservation Area. Leaving the highlands behind, we enter the heart of wild Africa – the Serengeti National Park – with its endless plains, rolling into the distance as far as the eye can see. The Seronera Valley has resident herds of buffalo, topi, hartebeest and impala, waterbuck, reedbuck and dik dik, giraffe, warthog, and birdlife of all colors and sizes. It is famous for its abundant lions and leopards.

Day 6: Full Day in Serengeti National Park

Pick up: After breakfast our driver guide will pick you from your lodge and drive for full day game drive in Serengeti National Park

Activity 1- Optional: Very early in the morning enjoy the balloon ride before continue with the game drive.

Activity 2: We continue our focus in this area. The Seronera Valley has resident herds of buffalo, topi, hartebeest and impala, waterbuck, reedbuck and dik dik, giraffe, warthog, and birdlife of all colors and sizes. The large prides of lion here are renowned in this area, rolling southern plains down to the Naabi Gate is the area in which you are most likely to encounter cheetah. The lines of sausage trees along the Seronera riverbanks provide the perfect environment for leopards to camouflage themselves on sun-dappled branches.

Activity 3– Optional: Sundowners, Ending your day on Safari with your favorite drink in hand, the company of loved one and a gorgeous sunset unfolding right before your eyes is a very special experience indeed and creates stunning vistas and wonderful memories, as you watch darkness fall across the timeless landscape. Sit back, sip something refreshing and let the landscape seep into your soul, watching the deepening blues of the sky become streaked by a palette of reds and golds.

Day 7: Serengeti National Park – Ngorongoro Crater Tour - Karatu

Breakfast at the camp,

Pick up: After breakfast, our driver guide will pick you from your lodge and drive for an en-route morning game drive to Ngorongoro Crater for game drive

Activity: Take a short drive to the rim of the crater. Soon after descending over 600 meters into the crater to view wildlife. Ngorongoro is home to one of the highest densities of lions in Africa. Also, this is perhaps the best place to see the Black Rhino. If you’re itching to see the Big 5, in Ngorongoro you’re likely to spot all five in one place.

Day 8: Mto Wa Mbu visit–Arusha Airport: 140/2:00hrs

Breakfast at the lodge,

Pick up: our driver guide will pick you from your camp and drive to the mto wa Mbu visit for activities and village walk.

Visit Maasai Boma, Immerse yourself in the traditions of the Maasai people with a day trip to a traditional Maasai Boma. Watch traditional Maasai songs and dances and explore the village filled with cultural heritage. On arrival, guests are welcomed to the boma with songs sung by the Maasai women. You may also be adorned with typical items of Maasai clothing like a shuka and jewellery.

You then begin a tour of the compound to learn about some of the typical daily activities of the people. These may include how to make fire, milk cows, fetch water or check on the progress of bee hives. The Maasai men will also perform “adumu”, the well-known jumping dance, which is performed as a display of the young men’s strength, soon you will continue with the adventure as you are heading to Serengeti National Park.

After the activities our driver will start driving to Arusha Airport for your afternoon flight to Zanzibar on the way you can stop at the gift shop for souvenir or some diamond art piece.

Pick up 2: Upon arrival at Zanzibar you will be warmly welcomed by one of our Congema representatives, ready to greet and escort you to your hotel in Zanzibar.
